Customer service, hospitality, tech, governments, charities, health, medical, families — reminding everyone what it is we set out to bring into this world and to align our actions according to what we claim is the world we want to live in. And enjoy. Wholeheartedly.❋
Illuminating systems
"A Human Muse is an ongoing process of creating what we wish existed.
The Art of Lisbon, Illuminating Systems, and the projects I'm developing are different expressions of the same essence.
Creating what we wish existed."
A Human Muse
Having lived on the street and in temporary overnight shelters with 40-80 homeless in dorm rooms in bunk beds, eating at soup kitchens and living off 80-240 Euros per month from May 2025 until June 2026 herself
The What
I work with organisations who are ready to hear what their systems are actually doingThe Why
‘People often think I refuse to grow and move on and simply enjoy life— and think it’s a lack of self work framing it as insistence on “That’s just how I am” — yet my stubbornness stems from the knowing that if nobody addresses what’s wrong, it won’t change and that’s the world we create for ourselves and our children, and on a more grounded note we wonder why clients are dissatisfied and numbers don’t add up— and resorting to the Buddhist way of ‘one can only change oneself’ is only true if one: it’s known to everyone what’s possible of existing. And two: how to get there in integrity— so one’s system can actually hold it, maintain it and derive fulfillment from it— otherwise it gives way to structures that never should have existed in the first place, not for the human side of it, and neither fo the cold harsh numbers side— and it’s the duty of those that escaped or never had to endure hardship to provide steps for others and contribute to the world they say they want, even if it’s just elevated surroundings and adding numbers — and pretending to do so while ignoring realities is not it — it has to be real, only then can we enjoy the fruits fully— and oftentimes thats when the actual fruits start coming in. (..) It’s not optimizing, it’s not reinventing the wheel— it’s retuning to what was initially the plan and this time done it properly— and by that becoming an entirely new creator of a box and its surroundings.‘
The Solution
Sometimes the answer isn’t a new strategy.
It’s someone who can see what’s already there — and say exactly what it is and what the original plan was.
Then show ways how it can be done properly reminding everyone of the why translating into the how and by that to put in place what was always supposed to be there.
For the world and numbers we say we want.
On aligning ourselves before we think of aligning AI.
For a world we and our future children wholeheartedly enjoy living in.
Having created what we wished existed.
And we made it so.
